Algorithms and Complex Phenomena in Networks: Neural Ensembles, Statistical Inference and Online Communities [pdf] [pdf-print]Datasets [UPDATED 14 May 2012]
- The datasets containing discussion threads from Slashdot, Barrapunto, Meneame and Wikipedia are available under e-mail request.
Software [last modified: 8 Feb 2011]
- The source code for the loop corrections to Belief Propagation in planar graphs can be found here.
- The source code of the Truncated Loop Series algorithm (TLSBP) can be found here.
Currently, the code is being integrated with libDAI, a more general library which provides implementations of various approximate inference.
You must have libDAI installed to use TLSBP. - The Promedas networks used in the TLSBP article can be found here.
